      Learn the basics, then move on to bigger MNCs

      Pros

      You can’t understand some of the more complex verbiage, theories, etc. if you don’t understand the basics. I suggest starting off with learning hardware and operating system fundamentals (installation, file system structure, how hardware interacts with the OS, etc.) before you move into big MNCs. This organization recruits freshers in huge numbers. This company came to our university campus and hired 278 students. This company gives starter training in all IT technologies. You can find out what part of I.T. you want to focus on and bust your butt to learn it This organization is a boon for government school students like me This company is selecting students based on their marks and family background There is no aptitude test , english language test and group discussion free hostel and free food

      Cons

      I got initial posting at Coimbatore. After 3 months moved to chennai Not good infrastructure Lot of pressure and lot of work They are sending to big projects after 6 months only. If you want to see real IT facilities then you need to wait for atleast 6 months.

      Quick selection , simple induction , help from seniors(anna university students) lot of training and lot of practicals studied all the practical stuff I learned lot of technologies in less time - LAN Design , WAN Design , Network Devices, Network Security , Cisco Pocket Tracer, GNS3 , Computer Security , Ethical Hacking , Internet Security , Kali Linux , Malware Removal ,MSACCESS, MySQL , MSSQL , UML, DSA, BIO INFORMATICS, COMPILER, ERP, Software Engineering, Datamining, Image Processing, Cloud Computing, Advanced Databases, Operating System Internals, Machine Learning, Big Data , Avro , Big Data Analytics , Cassandra , Hadoob , Map Reduce,Oracle , Advanced Databases, Metasploit , Mobile Security , Network Security , Penetration Testing , Wireless Security, Software Testing , Software Quality Management , SoapUI , STLC , TestLodge , Unittest Framework and etc etc etc free food , free accommodation in free hostels just close to office became a complete professional here

      more then 9 hours job sundays also working days - we can take comp off later in any other day late salaries for poor performers immediate termination for silly reasons

      Friendly recruitment so all tamil medium students who can not write good english can get the job with the help of their marks. I got more then 95% in my schooling and got a best university in tamilnadu. many IT companies came and hired some of my classmates after multiple rounds of interview. A small team of FASTLAB came and talked with us like our grandpa and grandma. Shortlisted 140 students outof 145 students appeared for the selection procedure. next day got another interview call in which the interviewer talked like our parents. very next day 7 page selection results announced in the notice board. 128 students selected. 33 students from my class made it. Everyone suspected that placement officer gave money to the company. How a government college placement officer can give money to companies? impossible. I got my identification here quick hiring good starting salary better then BPOs lot of learning in short time free room nearby office flexible timing. come anytime and go anytime but work should move watch lot of movies can get lot of girl friends. arts college dolls are very hot friendly work from home referal work in jobs can get help from others

      Initally you need to join in small branches. mostly home-cum-office types lot of writing jobs. good for tamil medium students for improving their english. not for others should do entire project cycle teamleads uses bad words if project fails no air condition room old computers. P4 systems with CRT monitors are still in use. female employees are more because of their good marks in school. one girl brought her boy friend to the office. got immediate termination letter. one hot guy was watching rape videos. immediately fired. my senior came to office with revealing dress on her birth day. terminated. like this lot of terminations happened in 6 months.
