Pros

I joined Fintel Connect after coming from a large corporate environment, and it was an adjustment to move to a fast-paced startup. However, over time, the company has truly grown on me. I couldn't see my potential growth at the start, but over time, they took the time to explain and ask me where I'd like to see my career progress. I trust my manager and think they have invested as much in me as I have in the company.

Cons

It took a while to get used to all the changes, but you can adapt over time.

The amazing founders built a successful product—an affiliate platform that became a leader in North America. The company believes in internal growth, offering opportunities to gain experience and skills at all levels of seniority. You'll work with smart individuals and learn from them in an active social environment where you can also make friends. A very diverse and positive culture, highly recommended.

Cons

Lots of changes which is natural in a growing startup and can be a bit challenging, however the company is actively investing in creating clarity and processes to set employees up for success as the company scales.
