      Pros

      Good place to work, supportive and nice people across commercial, project management and technical teams

      Cons

      Steep learning curve particularly if no previous commercial experience. Need to work independently to manage larhe territory. Both points aren't necessarily negatives.

      Pros

      - Very friendly and supportive colleagues - Exposed to a range of interesting projects - Flexible remote working policy, most people WFH although the option to work in the office is also available for those who want to. Good work/life balance - The internal processes and codebase has improved a lot in the nearly 3 years I was with the company - Vitality health insurance and Perkbox discounts

      Cons

      - There are sometimes tight deadlines although this exists in any job so not unique to Fios

I agree coming up to speed with the code base and processes is a lot to take in but hopefully the training is supportive and adds to your skill set. Agree the projects are interesting too! Sarah
