      FireDisc is a wonderful company to work for. Being part of a company with true vision and a truly innovative product has been a great experience. The staff is 100% dedicated to making this company one of the premier outdoor brands in the country. Their family first approach to the day to day business truly makes you feel part of the team. The sky is the limit with FireDisc.

      Cons

      This is a young company to work with. You must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile as FireDisc is a fast paced environment and requires that flexibility.

      Pros

      This company has been at the forefront of innovation in their field. The Management has been great at leading the charge to truly make the best cooking products for the outdoorsmen. Great work environment and flexible with family and hours. Morale is high!
