Pros

Working at first face will rapidly teach you valuable skills in marketing, but also in work ethic and how to make the most out of your business. Everyone is friendly and actually wants you to succeed, there is no one you are competing with for a position, only yourself! There are social events every week and plenty of opportunity for travel too

Cons

The hours can be long, but the day does kind of fly by anyway. You have to work hard to achieve but that's kind of the point of the work place anyway!

Pros

Since moving up to Sheffield, it has given me the chance to grow as a person. The company is great for personal growth and would strongly recommend to any new young budding entrepreneurs

Cons

There aren’t any major down sides! Commands a lot of time but easily manageable
