Pros

Where to start! The people & culture are wonderful. The work environment is collaborative and new ideas are welcomed and encouraged from all employees. Flash Point is nimble and is always adapting to the changes in the industry, so no two days are the same, which I love! There are so many opportunities for growth in the organization for those who want it and work for it. I am so thankful for my time here!

Cons

No cons that I can think of!

Pros

Every day, week, month, year offers a new challenge. There' the normal ups and downs that I've seen at other companies, but what I love most is the people. Being surrounded by motivated, creative, and inspired people keeps me on my toes. Makes me push harder. Keeps me growing, learning, stretching. One of the core values is "constant and never ending improvement", and that's definitely the case here. Always experimenting, always testing, always trying to do more, be more, serve more. Never satisfied with "good enough". The people. And the spirit of the people...those are the biggest "pros" for me.

Cons

If you're not into "growth"...personally or professionally, this is NOT the place for you. If you want a 9-5, that's a clock-in-clock out deal, this is not for you. If you're looking for a place where you can cruise, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place where you won't be challenged by your peers to continue to try to "up your game", this place is not for you. You will get chewed up and spit out, so don't even apply. You sense the energy when you walk in. Everybody is fired up and moving. If you don't have the "fire" for digital, social, marketing...then look somewhere else. You will be unhappy.

Pros

Let’s face it; no company has 100 percent satisfied employees and people will always find something to grip about but it is very hard to find a company where almost every person feels valued. I know, as I have never in all of my years worked for a company that goes out of their way to share company information and collaborate on future goals with everyone in their organization. Flash Point actually listens to their associate’s ideas and ever better yet, they actively seek out and put those ideas into action. They set the tone every morning in a company huddle with a purpose, a mission, to know the workload ahead for the day, the week and to discuss future goals. This allows us to have an open forum to collaborate on how we will all achieve our goals together. Everyone understands and every associate can tell you the role he or she actively plays in achieving these goals. Flash Point is also committed to the personal and professional development of all of their associates. They have built a culture that makes people’s growth part of every aspect of their working environment. In this collaborative work setting, I can honestly say, I start every day feeling freed and inspired to bring my best work to the table because I know I am valued and appreciated. How many people that go to work everyday can say that?

Cons

If you are not a person who is equipped to go above and beyond, then this might not be the working environment for you.
