Pros

The company encourages upskilling and personal development, providing opportunities to challenge yourself while offering the support you need. There's a work-life balance, with a setup of four days in the office. Perks like weekly team lunches and quarterly socials create a friendly and engaging workplace culture.

Cons

Nothing yet which will impact

Pros

Fospha provides startup level ownership, great for someone kicking off their career! There is always something to learn and everyone shares the same mindset of work hard play hard. Every role is extremely collaborative and cross-functional so you really get a well-rounded understanding of the business as a whole.

Cons

There are times where you may work overtime when work picks up but nothing that can't be managed! In-office presence is also heavily emphasized but managers are flexible when needed.

Pros

As someone who has only been at Fospha for less than six months, I can already say it’s an amazing place to start your career. From day one, you’re given a significant amount of responsibility and real opportunities to develop a wide range of skills. This is especially true within the Customer Success team, where you quickly build confidence presenting to senior clients, managing client relationships, and acting as the bridge between clients and various internal departments. The level of exposure and hands-on experience simply cannot be compared to most other graduate roles. You learn an incredible amount in a short space of time, which pushes you to develop both professionally and personally.

Cons

The company operates on a four-days-in-the-office schedule and the hours can be long. The client facing work can also be stressful at times. However, because you build strong relationships with your co-workers so quickly, you often end up preferring office days to working from home. While demanding, the work is ultimately rewarding and pushes you to grow both personally and professionally.
