Unlimited PTO, entirely remote, and a whole slew of other benefits are just part of what makes FD the best. You are surrounded by the best people in the industry, and every day you learn SO much. The growth potential at this company is insane, and you really can dictate your growth path. Lastly, FD has some of the most accessible leadership in a work place. They are always happy to listen and welcome feedback frequently.
Cons
Working hours can go a bit past 40, as it is a startup and there are ebbs and flows with staffing in comparison to our aggressive growth over the last few years and looking forward.
