      Pros

      Long term employees who are happy and friendly. Everyone is eager to help out and support one another. Anyone of us could go somewhere else and make more money but those who do, end up coming back when we find out that "The grass isn't always greener on the other side".

      Cons

      Many of the nice folks who have worked here 30+ years are now retiring. There is a lack of skilled workers.
