Told throughout the recruiting and interview process that they were looking for someone specifically from the military community, and I've felt that since day 1! Grateful to work for a company that understands milspouse life and values the depth of knowledge and skills I have because of it. Pros: Great colleagues, mission-focus organization, 100% remote work, flex hours, tech/phone reimbursement, paid time off, meeting-free Fridays.

Hard to meet/get to know people in the company if you don't work with them.
