Unfortunately the previous review is true. Upper management/ founders have no medical, academic or technical experience which makes their inputs frustrating. Leaders would say they’re “workaholics”, but they’re just micromanaging. They would frequently undermine, disregard suggestions, or make changes to the engineers work. Technical information and medical terminology was very difficult to convey when explanations were asked (which was frequent). We worked in an office with no windows. Work schedules were very rigid, work from home was not permitted. I sadly decided to leave the industry because of this company. I loved what I did, I just hated where and who I did it for.
