      Pros

      Great work environment, attentive upper management, fair and adequate compensation. On Friday's the CEO comes by with ice cream/cookies and hand delivers them to each person in the company as a show of humility and appreciation for the work that everyone does. Day ends at 3:30 and is called "Fun Friday"

      Colleagues are talented in their field of expertise. Generally the company is production focused, company processes are tailored for productivity and are not cast in stone. All of which makes this company an amazing environment for someone who wants to create, learn and innovate

      Cons

      Do not give extra importance is given to non performers.
