      Pros

      I have been at Gateway for many years now and it remains a very satisfying career choice for me. I have had tremendous growth and learning opportunities during my time here. Everyday is a challenge, but in a good way. We really strive for the best---the best from our employees so that we can provide the very best for the children and families we serve.

      Cons

      None for me personally. The shift in recent times to more strategic execution and high achievement has been a difficult adjustment for some, resulting in some turnover.
