Very positive, up beat environment. Minimal office drama. Everyone works well together and if you have issues your team mates have your back. Tyler is a great owner. He truly cares about the company and everyone that a part of it. Jeff is likely the best President I've ever worked for, he works very hard to make sure that everyone is fully equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
Cons
It's a sink or swim company. By that I mean management will provided everyone with they tools and help they need to succeed. However if you take their kindness for weakness or habitually make mistakes and do not learn from them you will be shown the door.
