      Pros

      I have been working in Getty Images for over 9 and a half years now. Started as a collections specialist for India Region and now i am covering many more regions globally along with things like GST, WHT Adjustments, Disputes etc. The best thing about working in Getty, atleast their finance division, is that in more ways than one, you are your own boss. My reporting managers (and in the last 9.5 years i have reported to 5 people) have been most supportive and have always encouraged independent decision making.

      Cons

      The job, per se, is not difficult but the volume of work can get overwhelming.

      Pros

      Pros Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. Employees are encouraged and have options to undertake further training to benefit their careers. Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations. Senior management and manager are open,concerned and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here). Leadership is in best hands. Listen to its employees and take actions accordingly. Altogether this is the best company to work for.

      Nothing as of known. I just want to say, Keep up the good work .
