      Strong support system for learning how to lead a team while also managing personal responsibilities. Gained more confidence with public speaking and leadership.

      Cons

      Parking can be difficult sometimes. Long-commute and drivetime. Long hours to encourage work ethic.

      Pros

      I worked at Gianni Rae for several months. I have never had a job that valued a positive and inspiring environment and that was an amazing change for me. They inspired me to learn and grow more than I thought possible. I was only here for a short time, due to personal reasons, but I hope to return soon. The management team continues to keep in touch with me and make me feel supported and valued as a person. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially those trying to find something new and change their lives for the better.
