Pros
I can only say that the undermanagement people are great but have no say in what happens on a day to day basis, even though they are told that they will have this ability. I don't really mean to drag on with negatives but that is the way that it seems to be there. I can say that the field people were fantastic, however, stuck in that rut.
Cons
Upper management does not receive recommendations well unless it is their idea, ever!
