      - Working from home can be tough to get used to if you haven't done it before, but once you get acclimated, it's great

      Pros

      Get to work from home, reducing commute time. Plenty of leeway to approach projects as I see fit. Very "hands off" and straightforward management.

      Cons

      Working from home can be difficult or socially draining for some, but not a problem for me.
