Pros

The work life balance here is phenomenal. Expected to work hard while in the office, but rarely will need to engage outside of normal (or signed up for) hours. They truly care about your personal life. The team here is great. Everyone has a common goal and is working towards that. It really feels like we help our clients every single day

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit hectic. It is an "Established Startup" meaning that things pivot quickly. Clients drive a lot of initiative, which is good but can also cause some internal stress.
