Great culture: The company consists of young and fun people. The atmosphere is informal and lots of effort is put into social activities and having fun at work. Steep learning curve: It is expected that people lead and find their own way (with guidance from management) which pushes employees to learn and develop at a high pace. Great working conditions: Great office, the hours are super good, salary is high (mix of base + commission).

Cons

Graduateland is not a place for employees seeking stability. The start-up mentality of Graduateland is not for everyone as goals and objectives might change quickly.

Graduateland is incredibly diverse with a fantastic company culture! In helping young people and students find career opportunities, they are exceptionally purpose driven and enable you to have a strong impact. Its a nimble and agile company where everyone enjoys a short distance between idea and execution. If you are looking to learn a lot and enjoy a fun work environment, I highly recommend it.
