Pros
Hardworking, intelligent and good company of people who definitely have positive impact on intellectual growth of all the employees. Being a startup there is always a lot of work and it is expected out of any startup. The manager is trusts the work and decisions that you take which is the most important thing.
Cons
For some people coming from big companies with relaxed environment the place will be bit difficult to accept as the schedules are tight as expected out of a startup.

The most important criteria for building successful startup is business use case and founders vision. Graphiant has it all. As a yaoung engineer, lots to learn. Latest tech. stack, amazing culture and WLB.

Nothing much to say. Issue typical of a startup. Work priorities can change mid-way.
