Pros
The team at Growpath is great - it's a small company right now with big aspirations. Benefits are good for a start-up and salary is fair. I work with a lot of passionate people and I'm excited to see the company grow.
Cons
Sometimes traffic can be a pain point, but it isn't the company's fault.

Great culture including excellent work/life balance with unlimited PTO.
Cons
- Newer company so lots of work and not enough staff. - Intermittent sales which causes financial instability (sales guy is friends with the owner) which led to budgets cuts caused myself and my boss to be laid off.
