In my 3 years, I saw an amazing work culture and Team GrowthPlug is extremely supportive and friendly also we can reach out any time without hesitation. The team is always open to suggestions and there's so much exposure guaranteed. We had company outings multiple times a year which makes us happier. I have experienced a culture of true collaboration, and support and I have been afforded incredible opportunities to grow and develop myself!

Some tasks are challenging, but this will push you to learn a lot and improve your knowledge and skills.

The best thing about Growthplug is its Team. A very young and dynamic team who is very passionate about their goals and career. Friendly work environment. Very happy to be a part of this team. There is no hierarchy in here. All employees are approachable. The work from home culture is well balanced. The company provides annual bonus and fair pay to each employees. Very good leave policies as well.
