- High growth company - Focus on profitability and smart investment has created a stable environment, which is important to me in the current market - I like the people I work with, it’s team oriented, and the environment is collaborative - Overall, a good work/life balance

- HVAC isn’t the most interesting or creative products to sell as a marketer - The industry and competitive landscape is always shifting so we need to be good problem solvers and resilient to change to stay ahead
