Pros

The business operates at a pace unlilke most others, the workloads and pressure can be high but you are well remunerated for your work. Strong performance is often rewarded with opportunties that would take significantly longer to obtain elsewhere. If you are keen to develop your skills in a wide variety of disciplines and become more rounded then Halewood can provide that. The company has no doubt been through challenging times in the past years but new middle management has allowed the business to stabilise and cope with the need for constant development.

Cons

If you like routine and set ways of working then Halewood is probably not the best choice.

There has been some torrid times recently which is obvious by the reviews, however that is now in the past. The Exec are rebuilding, they're investing and looking to the future. Yes it's fast paced and that may not be for everyone. However if you can handle that, there's lots to go after. You're given power to make decisions and it feels that the business is behind you
