As a recent hire, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this company. The engineering culture is strong, with a shared commitment to doing the right thing. The upper and middle management are very supportive and seem genuinely invested in fostering a healthy work-life balance, which is a huge plus. If you're considering joining, I’d say: go for it.
