Been here a year and really haven't ran into anything I didn't like.
Health Current is focusing more on employees since I have joined. They are the rare company that not only accepts feedback but implements ideas from staff. They fully pay for insurance premiums, generous paid time off including most federal holidays, and take care of their team members. During the pandemic, they were quick to respond by allowing all of us to work remote and will remain remote until it is deemed safe.
Cons
It is a growing organization going through some growing pains but are identifying and addressing the pain points as quickly as they can. There is some immaturity in a couple of the teams but overall has a supportive culture. There is a lack of tools that makes some positions less efficient.
