I have worked at HealthFirst Financial for a little over a year and I cannot recommend working here more highly. It is a relaxed, yet professional environment where all staff are encouraged to bring their best ideas for continuous improvement. I've personally experienced advancement opportunity and know of several others who have had the opportunity to advance. The hours and days of operation are family friendly, unlike many call centers. Management are actively involved and are approachable. Big bonus for me is that I believe in what I'm doing and how it is helping people.

Pay starts low to moderate for a call center
Family medical coverage is expensive
Travel and that is really the only pro to this company. Remote positions were a plus but they don't trusts their employees so you are constantly under the microscope.
Cons
Zero communication from management, unorganized, small business so the CEO plays favorites. Weak commission structure and no real processes in place, high employee turnover.
