- casual and friendly atmosphere - "startup" means great opportunity to learn new skills and take on responsibility - flexible hours available as long as you're finishing your work - good compensation
Cons
- organizational muddle meant too many bosses and power struggles between them - sometimes projects were shelved or changed the minute you finished them, which lowers morale over long term
