      Usually they upgrade people in senior positions that they have personal relationships with and not by their abilities.Usually rolling schedules

      Pros

      Work with young people. Possible to meet a lot of interesting people. Access to gym, swimming pool, sauna. Surroundings of people with similar interests. You can easily make contact with people from different countries. You cand be part of people who chnge fitness world.

      Cons

      Work with young people. They do not have experience which you could learn from them if they had it.
