HST is amazing! I have worked in several different organizations over the past 25 years. HST is a small family owned and operated organization for over 30 years. This year HST is moving into an ESOP organization. To be an employee owner is refreshing and has really brought the entire organization together think like owners. The future is bright and I am excited to see where we go!

Small organization means that we need to make practice and tough decisions.

Pros

Each person is valued for who they are and is treated with respect. Supervisors and upper management (including the CEO) are always available to help out or be a sounding board. Company culture has increased tremendously in the past xoyple years, with opportunities for community outreach and team building on a monthly basis.

Cons

It is a small company so there is limited opportunities for upward growth.
