      Pros

      Best boss by far. When I was there, it was just him and I facilitating 5 different buildings ensuring all techs were good.

      Cons

      Being a Union company, you see and know your future salary. It's a good thing but if the salary is not what you like then it's probably best to move on.

      It's like working with family. Executive Director is passionate in her role and an excellent leader. Excellent work experience!

      I had to move out of state, otherwise I'd still be there! Can't think of any negatives.
