Pros

I have worked here over 2 years and have moved up twice already. Hard work pays off. My managers have all been good. Owners have been nice and helped me out twice when I needed it. No questions asked.

Cons

There isn't any down time. We probably need to hire more people. Always have too much to do.

This company is like a family; working here I've met some amazing people, had great opportunities for growth, and have overall just had a great time. The company culture is fantastic; there is food provided daily, and well-planned company events several times a year. In my time here I've recommended this company to several people who are close personal friends and would happily continue to do so. I find it to be a supportive environment when it comes to your personal life, which is important to me as a Mom of a young child. The work is challenging and never boring; there's always plenty of work to do, and if you're a self-motivated person you can really thrive here. If you need constant management, this is not the environment for you.

Cons

This company is very fast-growing, which is a great thing, but can sometimes lead to a situation where there is more work than the people needed to do it. Once we're able to respond to employment needs ahead of time, we'll be sailing on through!
