      * Remote first approach * Excellent vacation policy * Flexibility in work schedule * Manager of one work approach * Tech depth of the product and colleagues

      Cons

      * Don't like their "location based pay factor" * Tending to burst at the seams now with growth - will potentially restructure and lose some of other office next door culture (inevitable and not really their fault though)
