Pros
Great benefits and company environment. The leadership takes great pride in taking care of employees and their families. You will feel like part of the family and not just another number in the company employee pool. They give you a choice of whatever cell phone you want as your paid for company cell phone and $1500 budget for your company computer. Most employees are former military so that is a huge plus, for me anyway.
Cons
Not a whole lot of downsides to be honest. It is a small company so if you are looking to manage huge projects with 100s of people you are out of luck. Everything is based on teamwork and if you are the lone wolf type it may not be for you.
