Pros
I had very little insurance experience and was traveling hundreds of miles a week, with very little upside. Thanks to ICT Insurance Group, I'm now making a lot more income and have a lot more time to spend with my family. Being able to help individuals and families find affordable health insurance is extremely rewarding, plus being Independent is a huge bonus since we can quote a variety of carriers.
Cons
Insurance Sales can take a while to build up your income, but luckily ICT helped out a lot with training and leads/referrals.

Pros
Great options for independent health insurance. Very affordable. I was able to get my entire family on a great health plan. Also saved us money on home and auto insurance.
Cons
Only one location in East Wichita, and I live in West Wichita. However, they can do most business over the phone or through email.
