Tricked people to return to office and then sacked them in a few months, especially the ones who do not have influence with the management and the ones who were not IKS employees, i.e., employees who belonged to the company acquired by IKS who were crossing 4 years just to get them out without gratuity benefits and just laid off giving only 2 months time, and were not considered for other projects or IJPs though it was said we are eligible to apply and the postings were filled by influential people without any interview or evaluation. Even after relieving, the PF claim was a pain in the neck because of HR delays in reuored updations in the portal.
