      Pros

      Colleagues are all lovely people with immense talent. This role provided valuable lessons on what to avoid in future workplaces.

      Cons

      The company is led by a self-serving leader who prioritizes personal gain over employees’ well-being. Raises are denied with questionable reasoning, and hiring practices show a concerning bias. Sick leave is routinely refused, and minor situations are penalized with formal strikes. The culture fosters fear rather than growth.
