Pros
• Work life balance is much better than most of the IT companies (at least I can compare with other 3 companies I have worked for and others which I knew about from friends) • So much flexibility is there in terms of timings and WFH/ WFO (hybrid model) and additional flexibility for ALL genuine cases. The company expect you to be honest, committed and do not misuse the policies. • Compensation is as per market standard and those who perform well are rewarded quite well. • Senior Management is easily reachable, courteous and your suggestions are always respected (if feasible and rational). • If you are willing to work hard, this is a good place to be in for long time.
Cons
• Hiring process is very time taking, so you must have patience to get a final offer letter • Not so much hierarchy, so if you are fond of fascinating Roles and Tags or expecting promotions everyone – two years, you might miss it here.
