      Great place to work: amazing people, work from home, and fair salaries

      Pros

      - People: the team is amazing and it is a fun place to work! - Learning opportunities: you have flexibility to study new technologies. - Flexible schedule: there's a lot of flexibility on the schedule and depending on your position you're allowed to work from home few days a week. - Fair salaries: Although it's not the highest salaries in the market, the salaries are above average. - Opportunity to grow: as it is a medium-size company, you are in contact with all areas of the business, from sales to deployment. This means that you learn a LOT about the business.

      Cons

      No major cons. Maybe an improvement area could be more benefits (example: RSSP contributions)

      Thank you for your review! We have made many strides with our compensation program. Last year, we introduced RRSP matching and we are currently undergoing a compensation review exercise to ensure that our pay structures are fair and equitable as compared to market. I agree that the people that work here are some of the best :)

      Pros

      Strong leadership team with ambitious goals for the future. Motivating place to work where you can tell employees are valued and supported to become highly successful cybersecurity professionals. Strong outlook for organic growth.

      Cons

      Growing pains which are normal for an organization of this size that translates into frequent changing of systems and internal processes.

      Career development is supported and encouraged by managers and senior leadership team, rewarding goal setting on short and long term perspectives, positive and collaborative work atmosphere, many opportunities and social gatherings available to connect with peers, open door policy fosters trust and engagement . Love the culture, values and vision of the organization!

      Cons

      Excellent environment. Additional perks like gym or other leisure activities would be great.
