      Pros

      I had an amazing experience working as an intern at InFinIT Partners. Everyone there was super nice and always helped me when I was facing difficulties. I got to learn a lot about the IT industry and obtained valuable insight. Also, I have strengthened both my marketing skills and communication skills. I would gladly work at InFinIT Partners again!

      Cons

      I was in the first batch of interns and there was no intern program properly set into place. However, as the company moved forward, everything became more structured the interns had a more structured task list as well.

      Pros

      Nice projects and sometimes you get in touch with the product owners which whom you can create a nice relationship with them, learning more from them.

      Cons

      Small company. A lot of demand from the managers. Very low salary compared with the market. Promises over promises. At some point I thing there where was the same number of managers as the developers (figure it out). They only have (or had) collaboration (Self-employed Person) and they don't hire directly to avoid big salary taxes. Last but not least, not all project managers have the proper skills for the role they have. They don't manage properly the time, the resources and a lot of stres end up on the developers.
