      Pros

      Good salary, remote, and challenging.

      Cons

      80 hours a week, only paid 40. Fixed budget project, over worked to make client happy. Started out as a normal 40 hour first month, then 60 hour for two months, the months at 80 hour s week. I got really sick.

      Pros

      Your opinion is valued, your hard work is celebrated, your growth is nurtured and there is access to leadership like I have never encountered before.

      Cons

      This is getting nit-picky... because there is very little wrong with InMotion... you can end up wearing many hats (which is typical of a start-up)
