Great scope for learning technologies and flexible work hours. Come up with new concept of Workation during this covid time where employ can refresh and come close to nature while working. Takes care of employees wellbeing.

Cons

The technologies are quit outdated not ready to aquire trending tech stack. Compensation does not match with industry standard.
