      Forefront of camera technology Great team work Very diverse backgrounds Multiple skills in the company from chemical engineer, material scientist, process engineer, chip designer, image scientist and marketing staff. Very knowledgeable management team Free lunch onsite

      Cons

      Sometimes chaotic Fast Paced Everyone working hard !!! Facilities not as nice as bigger companies Menlo Park location can be a challenge if you live in South Bay

      Manager could not allocate proper resource for critical task. Internal debate and won't be able to progress forward.

      Working on cutting edge technology with very interesting science and engineering. Very diverse group of engineers. Tons of possibility to learn new skills and grow.

      Cons

      High pressure environment with at times too much micro management. Work load can be intense at times. Deadlines can be completely unreasonable at times. No 401k matching.
