      Pros

      • Open office environment makes good team dynamic and easy communication • Leadership is very personable, passionate and supportive • Great place to learn multiple aspects of running a business and be innovative • Flexible working hours with minimal micro-management • Fun team games and nice team gatherings

      Cons

      Sometimes the office is too quiet and makes me sleepy. Maybe we need a PingPong table here.

      Pros

      They have an open door policy and actually listen to concerns you may have. They help when needed. Great place to learn and be a part of the team where you voice is heard and appreciated. Managers and supervisors are respectful and fair. They communicate their expectations, so direction is excellent and well managed.

Good pay/benefits 8. Vision/mission is extraordinary 9. Knowing I'm part of a strong, talented team that is literally going to change the world of healthcare as we know it is amazing 10. Every employee has a voice. I appreciate the fact that leadership listens to everyone's ideas.

      Hmm ... maybe the addition of an ice machine? :)
