Pros
The company is doing meaningful work, helping companies and their employees get healthier. Exciting time to be a part of the business as it's moving past the start-up phase and becoming something significant. The team is a fun and open group of people, very diverse but also all dedicated to the same goals.
Cons
As the company grows and transitions there's a little bit of confusion so management could communicate better or more often. Personal accountability could be stronger. Sometimes there's a lack of urgency among the team.
