Pros
-Adequate salary. -Training opportunities. -CEO treats workers with dignity. Humane and ethical work environment. -Interesting opportunities to learn about the applications they work with. -Acceptable flexibility and work-life balance.
Cons
-HR is not serious. All HR does is to spam employees with collages of pictures and enforce a stupidly fake "happy culture" which was not real. Many quit or were terminated because they did not accept any of that bs. -Absurdly high level of micromamagement from the COO. Multiple resignations due to his annoying management style. (Such as requesting pointless memos constantly or calling by phone the moment someone appears as AFK on MS Teams). -There are some brow-nosers at the company on the main office, and they are the ones who get promotions. -While there are great professionals there, sometimes they also hire people who is completly clueless.
