- They care about your well-being and listen to you. - People actually work together but you also have your own autonomy to make decisions. - If you see something that can be improved, you can help change it. - Mandatory 4 weeks PTO + Unlimited PTO - Remote work is permitted + flexibility during work day because life happens. - Opportunities to lean new skills. - Annual performance reviews with pay raises + opportunities for bonuses. - Oh yeah, and the people are pretty nice and easy going while still productive to work alongside.

Cons

- If going into the office, DC area traffic usually sucks. - You have to explain what Data Loss Prevention is to anyone you tell where you work and what you do. (i.e. Family, friends, etc.) - You feel bad when talking with friends whose workplaces are not as nice to work in.
