      Pros

      Flexibility, career growth opportunities, reliable and understanding team, great teachers, growing client list, I love IEI. I feel appreciated every single day, and always have the right support to accomplish project needs. Management is always trying to improve employee experience. The happiest workplace I have ever experienced, especially through COVID!

      Cons

      The only cons are that we are constantly winning new work and have to balance how to accomplish projects with the staff we have. HR could also be more communicative.

      Pros

      Small company feel and treat their employees fantastic. Pay is competetive and are adapting great with the whole new 2021 situation.

      Cons

      With the rapid growth, new people are starting up which sometimes makes internal affairs go very slowly as they get up to speed... which should solve over time.
