Pros
Really interesting projects, lots of variety, plenty of chances to develop projects from scratch. Lots of knowledgeable teammates, great team to work with.
Cons
Well, it is consultancy so you're always running and changing products, you rarely get a chance to get a product to the level you would like, as you have to stay within the budget (which is to be expected for this kind of business)
